LOCATION AND SPACE

Located on the prestigious Jumeirah Bay Island, directly on the beach front, a plot of 42,000 sq ft facilitates this contemporary palace with over 6,200m2 of build up space on 4 levels,  a true playground for dreams with its amenities including 2 pools, rooftop terrace, spa and gym. Its own tailor studio, space for 13 cars in the basement a party hall and cinema. Space planned in a way that 30 staff member can circulate without inferring in the privacy of the family, accommodating a laundry, industrial kitchen, storage facilities and drivers waiting areas. 7 spacious bedroom suites with several common areas joining those, providing plenty of possibilities to co-live with guests and/or growing up children.

DESIGN AND CONCEPT

A masterpiece of space planning and comfort, ocean views being the hero of the project emphasized through ceiling height windows, interior needed to be calm and settled, allowing for the outside beauty to reflect. Settled natural colors along with luxurious materials were united, considering high end materials and specifications. Intense lighting and sun studies considering the changing colors during a day were undertaken to round off the ambiente for different occasions.
